1 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your purchase of AI Pharma Course, you must do so within 24 hours of the transaction.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team via info@aipharmacourse.com or through your account dashboard.

• You must provide your order number and the email address associated with your account.
• Cancellations are not accepted after the 24-hour window has closed.

2 Refund Policy

RJPT Informatics Pvt Ltd offers a three-day refund period for AI Pharma Course subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within three days of your purchase date.

3 Eligibility for a Refund

• You must submit your refund request within three days of the purchase date.
• You must provide the order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
• The service must not have been significantly used, as determined by RJPT Informatics at its sole discretion.

5 Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

6 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet after the 14 working days:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7 Additional Information

• Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser.
• Refunds are applicable only to the primary purchase and do not cover any additional services, upgrades, or other licensing fees.
• If the purchase was made through a third-party vendor or platform, the refund must be processed through them, as they are bound by their own refund policies.
